Filing A Complaint


Any request related to cancellation must be submitted to the billing department of MG-Digital.


You can request cancellation on mail – or mailing the cancellation request letter on our address mentioned on the website.


On receipt of your cancellation request, our billing department will contact you for the cancellation issue and will advise you accordingly. Only upon approval from the billing department, your cancellation request will be deemed valid for refund.
